Hi, My name is Stuart and I’ve been training in Tae Kwon-Do for over 17 years (starting in 2002 after watching my daughter train for a year).
I found Tae Kwon-Do helped my fitness as well as letting me train with my daughter.
I’ve competed in many competitions including 5 World championships sometimes winning trophies and medals but always enjoying them.
I reached black belt in 2007 and became an instructor in 2008 as I enjoyed teaching.

Hi, My name is Jim and I’ve been training in Tae Kwon-Do for over 16 years. I started out in taekwondo because as a young man I always had a fascination with martial arts. I absolutely love the discipline and dedication required to attain a high standard and being able to pass my knowledge and enthusiasm on to my students.
